Registration procedure           

To register as event participant, you will need to go to the button below REGISTER HERE of this web page and click. Then, you will receive confirmation email with further login information to allow you to login (click link in the email). You will have access to the online payment after having completed the conference registration form.

A paper is only accepted to be published in the book of proceedings if one of the authors is registered. Registration will only become effective on the date we receive your payment and not on the date of your registration. An official receipt will be sent by e-mail to each registered participant as soon as your payment is effective.

Only if a registered participant needs an official invoice with the explicit mention of the VAT number of his/her affiliation, an official invoice will be sent in that case by e-mail by the financial department of ULB.

Badge

Nearer the congress, you will be sent a confirmation letter asking you to print the letter which you will need to present at the registration desk upon arrival at the congress. There you will receive your personalized badge and entry tickets to the side events.

During the conference, the badge must be clearly visible at any time on-site at the venue. Entrance to the session rooms, the coffee breaks, the lunch areas as well as all the social events (welcome reception, visits and banquet) will only be permitted to persons wearing the congress badge. For security reasons, you also always need to carry your ID card/passport.

Terms and methods of payment

All payment must be made in euros (€) and free of charge for ULB and made at the latest by August 21, 2017.

  • Preferred method of payment: online payment via by bank card (Visa, CB, Mastercard, Sofort Banking, Ing Homepay, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Bancontact/MisterCash, iDEAL, Multibanco, Payshop, Boleto Bancario, CIELO, SDD SEPA, Sisal, Przelewy24).  The fees charged for the online payment are 2.5% of the total amount.
  • Alternative method: Bank transfers. Be aware that the fees for international bank transfers (especially out of Europe) can be very high (much more than 2.5%); it is the reason why online payment are encouraged. Bank transfer can only be accepted until August 21, 2017. After that date only online payment can be accepted. Any bank charges must be charged to the buyer. Cancellation of registration

The Conference Secretariat should receive a notice of cancellation by email to bertrand.blondeau@ulb.ac.be  or isabelle.toussaint@ulb.ac.be

In case of cancellation before the published early birrd registration deadline (July 21, 2017), the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50 (excl. 21% VAT).

In all other cases, no refund will be made.
